It's not only real estate that's seeing price reductions. Country Club of the Rockies in the Vail Valley's Arrowhead Resort just reduced its Membership Fee by $60,000 ... from $150,000 to $90,000.
The Club has also initiated a Junior Membership for people less than 50 years of age. This membership category enables the member to pay over time at 20% per year with any remaining balance payable prior to their 51st birthday.
Note that, unlike The Beaver Creek Club, Country Club of the Rockies members are not required to own property in Arrowhead.
