RECENT VAIL VALLEY REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY

According to figures from the broker Multi-List Service provided by The Vail Board of Realtors, 45 residential properties have gone "contract pending" during the period December 1 - 19th, which is up noticeably from figures for the entire month of November.

These figures are for whole ownership properties only and do not reflect sales of fractional memberships in Clubs such as The Ritz Carlton Club at Bachelor Gulch, The Ritz Carlton Destination Club in Vail, or The Four Seasons Residence Club/Vail.
