Signs of a "bottom"

We are seeing changes in our local market such as:

1. Showing/buying activity picking up noticeably;
2. Sellers starting to reverse previous price reductions and increase prices;
3. Sellers deciding to take their homes off the market and “wait it out” now that the worst of the recession seems to be over.
